Nikhil Shukla graduated from BVBCET, Hubli and started the practice with Lawrence Francis in 2006. In 2010, with the rechristening of the practice into Design Xtreme, he coined the slogan of “People first” and used his leadership and people skills to mentor and upscale the creative and intellectual horsepower.
He has 18 years’ experience in the profession as a Designer. Through his involvement in Challenging projects, Mr. Shukla has acquired a wealth of knowledge be it the design, construction or Administration of planning, urban design, architectural and interior design projects.
With his diverse experience of designing versatile challenging projects locally and nationally, he is currently leading teams of Architects, Planners and Urban Designers on various projects.
A graduated from Birla Institute of Technology- Mesra, where he won various awards during his academics. In his 14 yrs of vast experience he started his carrier in Delhi and has worked on myriad of residential, commercial, hospital, institutional, retail and interior projects etc.
In his last profile he has worked as a project architect in very reputed developer firm DASNAC, New Delhi steering all type of projects like Group Housing, Commercial and retail projects. He is an avid designer keen to work on all type of large scale projects and joined with Mr. Nikhil Shukla’s firm Design Xtreme to showcase his abilities & explore more dimensions into his portfolio since last five years.
Mr. Rupesh Kumar has 26 yrs of experience in architectural field and worked in a very reputed company in Delhi-NCR. He completed his diploma in 1995 from ITI Bhagalpur. In his last experience he worked as General manager in Space Designer International, Noida.
He has more than 26 years of experience as a Design Associate in Architectural Design and Planning . During this professional tenure Mr. Rupesh has worked and delivered on a wide spectrum of Projects in India. He has acquired great deal of knowledge in design and construction - which he applies in the creation of new designs adapting to the Context and Character.
Babita Kumari did her diploma from govt. Women's polytechnic Gamharia Jamshedpur in 2006 and B. Tech from Mary land Institute of technology and management from Galudih, Jamshedpur.
She has been working with the firm for last 3 year. Before joining Design Xtreme she worked with Shristi Consultant as an assistant architect. She has worked in Design Xtreme on various projects i.e. residential, Commercial, farm house, IT buildings etc. As an architect she has 8 years' experience.
She has very keen knowledge of Pre-DCR and documentation as per requirements.
Banti Kumari did her diploma from govt. Women's polytechnic Gamharia Jamshedpur in 2006 and B. Tech from Mary land Institute of technology and management from Galudih, Jamshedpur.
Experienced and dynamic structural engineer with a proven track record of ensuring that structures are architecturally safe and compliant with codes.
Familiar with the construction management process and adept in advising clients regarding the proper materials and layout during the building process.
Durga Maajhi graduated from NIT, Bhopal and started the practice with Design Xtreme in 2020.
He has been working on various residential, commercial and educational projects and is responsible for designing and providing working drawings, submission, detail drawings, and 3D models.
Passionate about design, Durga believes in simplicity and material honesty while humanising architecture. He believes that architecture holds more power than just being visually appealing and can support the community while captivating the spirit of its context. He is motivated to solve problems and believes that every obstacle in life is an opportunity to learn.
Mr. Ram Prasad Tiwary joined Design Xtreme in 2020. He is graduate from ABM Collage, Jamshedpur.
He has 16 years of experience in managing accounts for prestigious organizations. Having good knowledge in reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts and preparing financial reports.
He is a multi-tasker and efficient troubleshooter ensuring that big and small hiccups faced by the office are removed quickly. He is the anchor that helps ensure that the office machinery always works smoothly.
Moumita Ghosh graduated from Maldal collage, West Bengal and started her carrier from Design Xtreme in 2020.
She holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts and has also pursued a secretarial course from Kolkata. She is been working at Design Xtreme as a front desk executive. Additionally, she administers the housekeeping department.
She plays a major role in the preparation and floating of all civil and interior tenders.
